Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of California.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Registered Nurse, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.
Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Specialized Nursing Practices, Including But Not Limited To Critical Care, Oncology, Or Emergency Medicine.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams.
