  9. Train and educate staff on patient communication protocols and best practices.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the patient communication department.
  11. Prepare and present reports on the impact of patient communication initiatives on patient satisfaction and other key metrics.
  12. Act as a liaison between the patient communication team and other departments within the organization.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and policies related to patient communication.
  14. Hire, train, and supervise a team of patient communication specialists.
  15. Act as a role model and mentor for team members, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment.
