  1. Manage the procurement process for medical supplies and equipment, including but not limited to sourcing, ordering, and tracking deliveries.
  2. Ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of medical supplies and equipment for the organization.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to identify their supply needs and develop procurement plans accordingly.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and anticipate supply needs to prevent shortages.
  6. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  7. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms for purchases.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and reliable delivery of goods.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.
  10. Assist with budget planning and cost analysis for procurement activities.
  11. Train and guide other team members on procurement procedures and best practices.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in market conditions that may impact procurement.
  14. Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and address any issues or concerns related to procurement.
  15. Represent the organization and maintain a positive and professional image when interacting with vendors, suppliers, and other external parties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Procurement And Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulatory Compliance And Procurement Best Practices.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Negotiate Contracts And Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities.
