- Provide patient-centered care to pediatric patients with cleft lip and palate deformities and other craniofacial conditions.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop treatment plans in collaboration with plastic surgeons.
- Perform surgical procedures, including cleft lip and palate repair, craniofacial reconstruction, and other plastic surgery procedures, under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and potential complications.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in plastic surgery and pediatric cleft craniofacial care.
- Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and protocols, as well as legal and ethical standards.
- Provide support and guidance to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times, fostering a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Completion Of An Accredited Physician Assistant Program.
A Valid And Current Physician Assistant (Pa-C) License In The State Of California.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Plastic Surgery Or Pediatric Cleft Craniofacial Setting.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Plastic Surgery And Pediatric Cleft Craniofacial Procedures, Techniques, And Treatments.
Ability To Work 10-Hour Day Shifts And Maintain A High Level Of Energy And Focus In A Fast-Paced Environment.
