
Physician Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Physician Assistant to join the team at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Our Physician Assistants serve as an integral part of Cedars-Sinai’s clinical team by providing high quality patient care, assisting physicians in managing and treating patient care, and participating in a wide range of patient care activities. We are looking for an individual with the knowledge and skills to provide care for a variety of medical conditions and to collaborate with the physicians, patients and their families in providing the best care possible. The ideal candidate should possess a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program, a current California Physician Assistant license, and a current California Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license. The individual should also have a strong knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records and be committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high quality patient care according to established standards and protocols • Assist physicians in managing and treating patient care • Participate in a wide range of patient care activities • Collaborate with physicians, patients and their families in providing the best care possible • Utilize medical terminology and electronic medical records to document and track patient care • Maintain current California Physician Assistant license and California Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and other healthcare providers
