  1. Conduct quality reviews of patient financial services processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement training programs for healthcare professionals to improve their understanding and execution of patient financial services processes.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and individuals across the organization to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  4. Utilize data and metrics to identify trends and areas of concern in patient financial services processes and develop strategies to address them.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry changes and best practices in healthcare quality review and training to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert in patient financial services, providing guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality review findings and training sessions for reporting purposes.
  8. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including healthcare professionals and leadership, to provide feedback, recommendations, and updates on quality review and training initiatives.
  9. Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures related to patient financial services.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance within the patient financial services team.
  12. Support and participate in audits and regulatory compliance activities related to patient financial services.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience.
  14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure high-quality patient care.
  15. Serve as a role model and mentor to team members, promoting a positive work environment and professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Relevant Field, Such As Healthcare Administration Or Business Management.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Revenue Cycle Management, With Specific Focus On Patient Financial Services (Pfs).

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Billing And Coding Regulations, Including Hipaa And Medicare Guidelines.

  • Experience With Training And Quality Assurance Programs, Including Development And Implementation Of Training Materials And Performance Metrics.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Provide Feedback To Pfs Staff Members At All Levels.
