  1. Provide administrative support to the imaging department on a per diem basis.
  2. Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments for patients, including verifying insurance and obtaining necessary authorizations.
  3. Maintain accurate and organized patient records and ensure confidentiality of all patient information.
  4. Prepare and submit billing and insurance claims for imaging services.
  5. Monitor and order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  6. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  7. Collaborate with other administrative and clinical staff to ensure efficient operation of the imaging department.
  8. Assist with data entry and maintaining databases.
  9. Coordinate meetings and assist with preparing materials and presentations.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve departmental processes and procedures.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry changes and developments related to medical imaging.
  12. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations.
  13. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: This Position Requires A Minimum Education Level Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent.

  • Previous Administrative Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology Is Crucial For This Position In Order To Accurately Input And Retrieve Patient Information.

  • Proficiency In Computer Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Microsoft Office Suite And Be Comfortable Navigating Different Computer Systems.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team: This Role Requires The Candidate To Be Self-Motivated And Able To Work Independently, While Also Being Able To Collaborate Effectively With Other Team Members.
