Experience In Neonatal Care: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working In A Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Nicu) Or A Similar Setting. This Experience Should Include Managing Newborns With Complex Medical Conditions And Coordinating Care With Other Healthcare Professionals.
Teaching And Leadership Skills: The Role Of A Pediatrics - Newborn Hospitalist Clinical Faculty Involves Teaching And Mentoring Medical Students, Residents, And Fellows. Therefore, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, As Well As A Strong Commitment To Education.
