Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree And Board Certification: The Candidate Must Hold A Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution And Be Board Certified In Pediatrics. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Solid Foundation In Pediatric Care And Is Up-To-Date On The Latest Practices And Advancements In The Field.

  • Experience In Neonatal Care: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working In A Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Nicu) Or A Similar Setting. This Experience Should Include Managing Newborns With Complex Medical Conditions And Coordinating Care With Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Teaching And Leadership Skills: The Role Of A Pediatrics - Newborn Hospitalist Clinical Faculty Involves Teaching And Mentoring Medical Students, Residents, And Fellows. Therefore, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, As Well As A Strong Commitment To Education.

  • Research Experience: Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Is A Renowned Research Institution, And The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Scholarly Activity, Such As Publications In Peer-Reviewed Journals Or Participation In Research Projects Related To Pediatric Care.

  • Team Player: As A Member Of The Hospitalist Team, The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Other Physicians, Nurses, And Staff To Provide High-Quality Care To Newborns And Their Families.
