  3. Schedule patient appointments and manage patient schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  4. Verify patient insurance and obtain necessary authorizations for services.
  5. Accurately maintain patient records and input data into electronic medical records system.
  6. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure smooth patient flow and seamless coordination of care.
  7. Communicate with patients regarding appointment reminders, follow-up care, and other important information.
  8. Educate patients on their healthcare options and assist with making informed decisions.
