In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your language skills and your customer service expertise to provide exceptional support to our diverse patient population.We are seeking a candidate with fluency in Arabic and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.   1. Serve as a primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking patients, providing them with exceptional customer service and support throughout their healthcare journey.
  2. Utilize fluency in Arabic to effectively communicate with patients, ensuring their needs and concerns are heard and addressed.
  3. Collaborate with medical team members to facilitate communication and understanding between patients and healthcare providers.
  4. Act as a cultural liaison, helping to bridge any language or cultural barriers between patients and medical staff.
  5. Build strong relationships with patients, demonstrating empathy and compassion while providing guidance and assistance.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and feedback, utilizing this information to improve patient satisfaction and overall experience.
  7. Continuously strive to improve patient experience by identifying and addressing areas for improvement in communication and support.
  8. Stay up-to-date on medical center policies and procedures, as well as cultural and linguistic needs of the patient population, to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.
  9. Collaborate with other Patient Liaisons to share best practices and support a positive and inclusive work environment.
  10. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusivity, treating all patients with respect, dignity, and cultural sensitivity.
