- Provide exceptional customer service to patients by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Navigate and assist patients with the registration process, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurately entered into the system.
- Handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure efficient and timely service to patients.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare staff.
- Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary information to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and seamless patient experiences.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and appointments.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations, to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Continuously update knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to patients.
- Assist with training and mentoring new team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.

Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Specifically In Patient Access Or Registration Roles.
Proficiency In Medical Terminology And Insurance Verification Processes.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Handle High-Volume Calls And Multitask Efficiently.
Strong Understanding Of Hipaa Regulations And Patient Privacy Laws.
Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Record Systems And Scheduling Software, With The Ability To Navigate And Update Patient Records Accurately.
