  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Facilitate the registration and check-in process for patients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required information.
  3. Verify patient insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations.
  4. Answer any questions or concerns patients may have regarding the registration process.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other hospital staff to ensure a smooth and efficient registration process.
  6. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  7. Utilize electronic medical record systems to enter and update patient information.
  8. Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating patient referrals.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient needs and concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate patient processing.
  11. Stay up-to-date on hospital policies and procedures related to patient registration and admissions.
  12. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  13. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
