Neurodiagnostic Technician

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is looking for an experienced and dedicated Neurodiagnostic Technician to join our team. This position requires an individual with specialized knowledge and experience in performing neurodiagnostic (EEG, EMG, etc.) exams, as well as providing patient care and education. The ideal candidate should have exceptional technical and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing our patients with the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform neurodiagnostic exams, including EEGs, EMGs, and other tests, in accordance with established protocols.
2. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient information, test results, and findings.
3. Educate patients on neurodiagnostic tests, procedures, and results.
4. Assist in preparing and maintaining the neurodiagnostic laboratory and equipment.
5. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
6. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
7. Assist in research projects as needed.
8. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
9. Maintain professional competency and knowledge of current trends in the field.
10. Provide administrative support for the Neurodiagnostic Laboratory as needed.
