- Provide high-quality care to neonates and their families in the NICU setting.
- Collaborate with a skilled team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for neonatal patients.
- Monitor and assess the health status of neonates, including vital signs, medication administration, and response to treatment.
- Educate and support families on caring for their neonate, including feeding, developmental milestones, and discharge planning.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to anticipate and respond to potential complications or changes in a neonate's condition.
- Coordinate and communicate with other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.

- Provide emotional support and comfort to families during challenging times.

Master's Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Neonatology Or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Current And Unrestricted Rn And Np License In The State Of California
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Neonatal Nurse Practitioner In A Level Iii Nicu
Current Certification As A Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (Nnp-Bc) From A Recognized Accrediting Body
Bls And Nrp Certifications, With A Strong Understanding Of Neonatal Resuscitation And Emergency Procedures.
