1. Administer Injections: The LVN will be responsible for administering injections to patients in the Injection Clinic, following proper protocols and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
2. Assist with Procedures: The LVN will assist with various procedures in the clinic, such as wound care, dressing changes, and other treatments as directed by the healthcare team.
3. Provide Exceptional Patient Care: The LVN will be responsible for providing excellent patient care, including monitoring patient vital signs, addressing patient concerns, and ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
4. Work with Diverse Patient Population: The LVN will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including patients of different ages, cultures, and backgrounds, and must be able to adapt to the unique needs of each patient.
5. Utilize Clinical Skills: The LVN will utilize their clinical skills and knowledge to assess patient needs, administer treatments, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
6. Adhere to Safety and Infection Control Protocols: The LVN will follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors in the clinic.
7. Document Patient Care: The LVN will accurately and thoroughly document all patient care and procedures in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
8. Collaborate with Healthcare Team: The LVN will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
9. Maintain Professionalism: The LVN will maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor at all times, creating a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues.
10. Keep Up-to-Date with Medical Practices: The LVN will stay current with medical practices and procedures, attending trainings and workshops to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.
