
Lobby Services Associate

- Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a warm and friendly attitude as they enter the facility.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including keeping magazines and brochures stocked and ensuring furniture is in good condition.
- Direct patients and visitors to the appropriate departments or areas within the facility.
- Communicate with other staff members to ensure a smooth flow of traffic in the lobby area.
- Handle phone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Assist with registering patients and updating patient information.
- Maintain knowledge of facility services, programs, and events to provide accurate information to patients and visitors.
- Handle any emergencies or difficult situations that may arise in a calm and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the lobby experience for guests.
- Uphold the values and mission of the medical center in all interactions with patients, visitors, and staff.
- Attend training and meetings to stay informed about changes, updates, and new procedures.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of patients, visitors, and staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Customer Service, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Ability To Multitask And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Understanding Of Hipaa Regulations.
