
Labor Relations Manager
The Manager, Labor Relations will support employee and labor relations activities as assigned by the Associate Director, Labor Relations, or Executive Director, HR Compliance and Labor Relations. Identifying trends and opportunities and implementing strategies for improvement within the organization and otherwise supporting the organizations HR LOB and affiliate facilities where appropriate. The incumbent will be a leader, focused on building positive/influential relationships among all levels in the organization and the represented bargaining units. This role will work with the Associate Director, Labor Relations to develop and facilitate training, participate in collective bargaining sessions, arbitration and grievances and will manage all contract implementations.
5 years - Labor Relations experience
Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Training and Recruitment, union and non-union workforces experience is required
Minimum 2 years of experience is required
