
Human Resources Program Manager (Employee Experience) - Hybrid

This role will play a crucial part in shaping the employee experience at Cedars-Sinai, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, supported, and empowered to deliver the best patient care possible. - Develop and implement innovative and engaging Employee Experience programs to support our mission of providing exceptional healthcare and promoting a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to establish and maintain a comprehensive Employee Experience strategy, including initiatives such as employee recognition, wellness programs, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Serve as a champion for employee engagement and continuously seek opportunities to improve the overall employee experience at Cedars-Sinai.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including department leaders and employees, to understand their needs and gather feedback for program enhancement.
- Manage the budget for Employee Experience programs, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to support program goals.
- Lead a team of HR professionals to execute and deliver Employee Experience programs, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of Employee Experience programs, making adjustments as needed to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for employee engagement and retention, and incorporate them into program development.
- Oversee the planning and execution of employee events and initiatives, such as town halls, team building activities, and volunteer opportunities.
- Serve as a resource for employees, addressing any questions or concerns related to HR programs and policies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee experience and human resources.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting company values and encouraging open communication and collaboration among employees.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Employee Experience And Engagement.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.
Experience Managing And Leading A Team, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Hr Programs And Initiatives.
