- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to obtain and update patient information.
- Maintain electronic health records and keep them up-to-date.
- Review medical records for completeness and accuracy.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or errors in medical records.

Bachelor's Degree In Health Information Management Or Related Field
Certified Coding Specialist (Ccs) Or Certified Professional Coder (Cpc) Certification
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working With Orthopedic Patient Records In A Healthcare Setting
Proficiency In Medical Terminology, Icd-10, And Cpt Coding
Knowledge Of Electronic Health Record Systems And Experience With Data Entry And Retrieval
