
Executive Assistant - HR Compliance & Labor Relations
Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and organized Executive Assistant to support our HR Compliance & Labor Relations team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of professionalism and bring to the role a commitment to fostering a culture that values diversity and inclusion, with a focus on providing excellence in patient care and service. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in an HR role, with expertise in labor relations and compliance. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, have strong organizational skills, and possess the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Additionally, the successful candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of associates.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR Compliance & Labor Relations team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and preparing reports.
- Ensure the team is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Coordinate with the team to develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Provide assistance with recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings.
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to the team.
- Perform research and analysis of data to inform decision-making.
- Maintain and update personnel files.
- Respond to inquiries from team members and other stakeholders.
