
Executive Assistant (EA) for Chief Executive

- Manage the CEO's schedule and calendar, including coordinating and prioritizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Anticipate and proactively address the needs of the CEO, including preparing materials and documents for meetings, organizing and maintaining files, and conducting research as needed.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the CEO, screening phone calls and emails, responding on their behalf when appropriate, and handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other members of the executive team to ensure alignment and coordination of priorities and schedules.
- Plan and coordinate events and special projects for the CEO, including board meetings, retreats, and conferences.
- Manage expense reports and track budgetary expenses for the CEO's office.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination of tasks and projects.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in supporting the CEO.
- Stay informed of industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the CEO.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all interactions and communications.
- Serve as a role model for other administrative staff, providing guidance and support when needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the CEO.
