Equipment/Logistics/Operations Technician

This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all medical equipment and facility operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and organizational skills, as well as a passion for providing the best possible healthcare experience for our patients. 1. Maintain and manage all medical equipment and facility operations in a safe and efficient manner.
2. Ensure that all medical equipment is properly calibrated and functioning correctly.
3. Respond quickly to customer service inquiries and complaints.
4. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure the best possible healthcare experience for patients.
5. Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff members.
6. Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure accuracy of supplies.
7. Create and implement policies and procedures for equipment and facility operations.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
9. Monitor performance of equipment and facility operations to identify and implement improvements.
10. Maintain valid driver's license and ensure compliance with all applicable state and local regulations.
