As an EIS Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our Electronic Information Systems (EIS) to support the operational and administrative needs of our organization.   1. Maintain and enhance Electronic Information Systems (EIS) to support the operational and administrative needs of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
  2. Utilize expertise in Kronos and UKG to optimize and improve existing systems.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to identify system needs and develop solutions.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EIS systems.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in EIS technology to continuously improve systems.
  6. Train and support end-users on EIS systems and processes.
  7. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all EIS systems.
  8. Work closely with the IT team to implement system upgrades and updates.
  9. Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to improve system functionality.
  10. Develop and maintain documentation for EIS systems and processes.
  11. Participate in EIS projects and initiatives to drive efficiency and improve processes.
  12. Adhere to all security and privacy policies and regulations related to EIS systems.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze EIS system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  14. Communicate system updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
  15. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure timely and effective support for EIS systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Kronos/Ukg In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Eis (Enterprise Information Systems) And Their Integration With Kronos/Ukg.

  • Experience In System Design, Implementation, And Maintenance, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
