- Accurately and efficiently translate medical procedures and diagnoses into appropriate codes for billing and reimbursement purposes.
- Thoroughly understand and adhere to E/M multi-specialty coding guidelines.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in reviewing and analyzing medical records and documentation.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to meet coding productivity and accuracy standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other coding staff to resolve coding and documentation discrepancies.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Meet departmental and organizational goals and objectives.
- Participate in training and educational opportunities to continuously improve coding skills.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of coding activities.

Certified Coding Specialist (Ccs) Or Certified Professional Coder (Cpc) Certification
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Coding Experience In A Multi-Specialty Setting
Strong Understanding Of E/M Coding Guidelines And Documentation Requirements
Proficiency In Using Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems And Coding Software
Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
