  1. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects on the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center campus.
  2. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  3. Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met.
  4. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify any potential roadblocks or issues.
  5. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  6. Proactively identify and resolve project conflicts or delays to keep projects on track.
  7. Ensure all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Coordination Within The Construction Industry, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders Including Contractors, Architects, And Hospital Staff.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Proficiency In Project Management Software And Tools, Such As Procore Or Microsoft Project, And A Working Knowledge Of Construction Industry Standards And Regulations.
