- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects on the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center campus.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify any potential roadblocks or issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

- Ensure all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Coordination Within The Construction Industry, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders Including Contractors, Architects, And Hospital Staff.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Proficiency In Project Management Software And Tools, Such As Procore Or Microsoft Project, And A Working Knowledge Of Construction Industry Standards And Regulations.
