Job Description

At Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and completion of construction projects according to timeline, budget, and quality standards. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all projects progress efficiently and in compliance with established safety regulations.The ideal candidate for this position has strong project management and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently or in collaboration with a team. Additionally, they must have a minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that construction projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget.
  2. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
  3. Develop project schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.
  4. Manage relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and all applicable laws.
  6. Identify and resolve potential issues related to the construction project.
  7. Prepare and maintain project documentation.
  8. Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
  10. Monitor and analyze project data to identify and address potential problems.
