Clinical Research Program Manager, Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical research activities, including protocol development, data collection, and data analysis
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and quality control measures to ensure accurate and timely completion of research projects
• Monitor and evaluate research projects for compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Liaise with research teams, sponsors, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful completion of research projects
• Design and develop innovative solutions to improve research processes, protocols, and procedures
• Create and maintain accurate records of research activities and results
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments and external organizations
• Identify and evaluate potential research sites and develop relationships with key personnel
• Provide guidance and support to research teams to ensure successful completion of research projects
• Lead meetings and provide training and mentorship to research teams on best practices
• Prepare and present research reports and presentations as needed
