- Manage and oversee complex clinical research projects, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and protocols for clinical research studies.
- Collect, review, and analyze data from various sources, including electronic health records, patient interviews, and laboratory tests.
- Develop and implement data quality control measures to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Work closely with research team members, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure smooth data collection and management processes.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain databases for research studies, ensuring proper organization and documentation of data.
- Generate reports and presentations summarizing research findings and data analysis.
- Train and mentor junior data specialists on data management protocols and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for data management in clinical research.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors and regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance and timely completion of research studies.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues or challenges related to data collection and management.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of data management processes and protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all research data in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on data management progress and challenges.
Bachelor's Degree In A Health-Related Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Data Management, Preferably In A Hospital Or Academic Medical Center Setting.
Proficiency In Data Management Software Such As Redcap, Medidata Rave, Or Oracle Clinical.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Research Regulations And Guidelines, Including Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) And Hipaa.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With Research Teams And Other Stakeholders.
