- Conduct clinical research activities in accordance with protocol, standard operating procedures, and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
- Recruit and screen potential study participants, obtain informed consent, and ensure participant eligibility.
- Collect, record, and manage research data accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor study progress and ensure timely completion of study tasks.
- Collaborate with study team members, including physicians, nurses, and other research staff, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain regulatory compliance by completing all required training and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations and guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain study-related documents, including study protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
- Communicate effectively with study sponsors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the study.
- Contribute to the development of new research protocols and study procedures.
- Attend and participate in study meetings and trainings.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and quality of research.
- Adhere to ethical principles and protect the rights and welfare of study participants.
- Maintain confidentiality of study data and participant information.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements and developments in the field of clinical research.
- Assist in the preparation of study reports and publications.

- Represent the organization professionally and positively in all interactions and activities related to clinical research.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Nursing, Or Healthcare Administration.
Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Academic Setting.
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Ich-Gcp Guidelines, And Other Applicable Regulatory Requirements For Conducting Clinical Trials.
Familiarity With Electronic Data Capture Systems And Other Clinical Trial Management Software.
