  1. Conduct clinical research activities in accordance with protocol, standard operating procedures, and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
  2. Recruit and screen potential study participants, obtain informed consent, and ensure participant eligibility.
  3. Collect, record, and manage research data accurately and efficiently.
  4. Monitor study progress and ensure timely completion of study tasks.
  5. Collaborate with study team members, including physicians, nurses, and other research staff, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  6. Maintain regulatory compliance by completing all required training and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations and guidelines.
  7. Prepare and maintain study-related documents, including study protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
  8. Communicate effectively with study sponsors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the study.
  10. Contribute to the development of new research protocols and study procedures.
  11. Attend and participate in study meetings and trainings.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and quality of research.
  13. Adhere to ethical principles and protect the rights and welfare of study participants.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of study data and participant information.
  15. Keep up-to-date with advancements and developments in the field of clinical research.
  16. Assist in the preparation of study reports and publications.
  17. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the research team.
  18. Adhere to all institutional policies and procedures.
  19. Participate in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  20. Represent the organization professionally and positively in all interactions and activities related to clinical research.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Nursing, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Academic Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Ich-Gcp Guidelines, And Other Applicable Regulatory Requirements For Conducting Clinical Trials.

  • Familiarity With Electronic Data Capture Systems And Other Clinical Trial Management Software.
