We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least one year of clinical research experience, and a strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.   1. Conduct clinical research studies in collaboration with the research team and under the direction of the principal investigator.
  2. Ensure compliance with institutional policies, federal regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  3. Recruit and screen potential participants for research studies.
  4. Obtain and maintain informed consent from study participants.
  5. Collect and enter data accurately and in a timely manner.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of study data and participant information.
  7. Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and reports.
  8. Communicate effectively with study team members, participants, and other stakeholders.
  9. Monitor and report adverse events and protocol deviations.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical research protocols.
  11. Participate in study start-up, monitoring, and close-out activities.
  12. Assist with the preparation and coordination of study-related meetings and trainings.
  13. Collaborate with other departments and institutions as needed.
  14. Keep up-to-date with current research trends and developments in the field of gastroenterology and hepatology.
  15. Adhere to ethical principles and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  16. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist with maintaining regulatory compliance.
  17. Assist with budget and contract negotiations with sponsors.
  18. Provide support to the research team as needed.
  19. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the medical center and research division positively.
  20. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field (E.g. Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Etc.)

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Ich/Gcp Guidelines, And Clinical Trial Protocols.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Collect And Record Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
