2. Recruit and screen eligible participants for clinical trials, ensuring proper informed consent procedures are followed.
3. Collaborate with principal investigators and other team members to develop and implement research protocols.
4. Collect, document, and maintain accurate and complete study data and records.
5. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and ethical guidelines, including FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
6. Monitor study progress and identify and resolve any issues or deviations from protocol.
7. Communicate regularly with study participants, investigators, and other team members to provide updates and address any concerns.
8. Assist with study budget management, including tracking expenses and negotiating contracts with vendors.
9. Participate in study meetings, trainings, and presentations to share research findings and provide updates on study progress.
10. Contribute to the development and review of study protocols, informed consent forms, and other study documents.
11. Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to clinical research, and make recommendations for process improvements.
12. Maintain confidentiality of all study data and ensure data security.
13. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
14. Train and mentor new team members on study protocols and procedures.
15. Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with team members, study participants, and external partners.
