
Clinical Research Associate

- Conduct and coordinate clinical research studies in accordance with protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
- Recruit and screen eligible participants for clinical trials, ensuring proper informed consent procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with principal investigators and other team members to develop and implement research protocols.
- Collect, document, and maintain accurate and complete study data and records.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and ethical guidelines, including FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Monitor study progress and identify and resolve any issues or deviations from protocol.
- Communicate regularly with study participants, investigators, and other team members to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Assist with study budget management, including tracking expenses and negotiating contracts with vendors.
- Participate in study meetings, trainings, and presentations to share research findings and provide updates on study progress.
- Contribute to the development and review of study protocols, informed consent forms, and other study documents.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to clinical research, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of all study data and ensure data security.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Train and mentor new team members on study protocols and procedures.
- Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with team members, study participants, and external partners.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Healthcare
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Hospital Or Academic Medical Center Setting
Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team And Interact With Study Subjects
Proficient In Electronic Data Capture Systems And Other Relevant Software, With The Ability To Manage And Analyze Large Datasets Accurately And Efficiently.
