- Ensure patient satisfaction by monitoring and addressing patient feedback and concerns.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement strategies to promote the program and increase patient volume.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on program activities, outcomes, and performance metrics.
- Adhere to all HIPAA and confidentiality regulations to protect patient information and maintain privacy.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations, Policies, And Procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Clinical Program Management Role, Preferably In Orthopedics.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Various Departments.
