- Provide compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Department, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality and evidence-based care to patients.
- Perform basic patient care tasks such as taking vital signs, obtaining patient history, and assisting with procedures.
- Monitor and observe patients' condition, report any changes to healthcare team, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support as needed.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring a smooth transition of care.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards, including HIPAA and infection control protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and promote a positive work environment.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times, respecting patients' rights and privacy.

Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of California.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Bls And Acls Certifications.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Emergency Department Setting.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.
