Clinical Partner/Certified Nursing Assistant

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is now actively seeking a qualified and compassionate Clinical Partner/Certified Nursing Assistant to join our outstanding team. The successful candidate for this role will be a motivated and experienced healthcare professional, eager to provide quality care for our diverse patient population. This role requires a personable and detail-oriented individual with excellent clinical skills and a demonstrated commitment to providing the highest quality of care.To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, a valid state CNA license, current CPR and BLS certification, and demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology. In addition, you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent patient care is also essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide quality care to our diverse patient population.
2. Maintain a valid state CNA license, current CPR and BLS certification.
3. Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.
4. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
6. Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent patient care.
7. Assist with patient activities of daily living including bathing, grooming and dressing.
8. Monitor vital signs and document patient information.
9. Perform basic patient care procedures, such as taking temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
10. Assist patients in ambulation and provide support while walking.
