1. Develop and oversee the Clinical Laboratory Scientist Program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
3. Develop and maintain curriculum for the program, including didactic and clinical components.
4. Oversee and participate in the selection and evaluation of program faculty and staff.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with clinical sites and preceptors for student rotations.
6. Provide mentorship and support to students throughout their educational journey.
7. Develop and maintain partnerships with other educational institutions and organizations to enhance the program.
8. Stay current on advancements and developments in the field of clinical laboratory science and incorporate them into the program.
