Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Or A Related Field.
Current Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) Or Medical Technologist (Mt) From A Recognized Accrediting Agency.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory, With A Focus On Immunology Testing.
Proficient In Performing A Wide Range Of Immunology Tests, Including Elisa, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, And Immunofluorescence.
Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Safety Protocols And Quality Control Procedures, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
