  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and collaborate on implementing necessary changes or improvements
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in coding and billing regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in claims processing
  • Create and maintain reports and documentation related to audits, findings, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of claims processes
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to claims auditing and healthcare regulations
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy regulations to protect patient information
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the organization's mission and values, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
