Charge Nurse – ICU

We are looking for a talented, passionate Charge Nurse to join the ICU team at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrated experience providing expert clinical and administrative support to a team of nurses. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement nursing care plans for ICU patients • Provide leadership and guidance to the ICU nursing staff • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching • Monitor patient care and ensure adherence to established standards • Respond promptly to patient and staff inquiries • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes • Manage supply and medication inventories and ensure availability • Stay up-to-date on ICU protocols and procedures • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
