1. Provide safe and effective anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical and non-surgical procedures.
2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop individualized anesthesia plans for each patient.
3. Administer and monitor anesthesia during procedures, adjusting dosage and techniques as needed.
4. Monitor patient vital signs, pain levels, and response to anesthesia throughout procedures.
5. Assess and manage post-anesthesia recovery, including pain management and patient education.
6. Assist with pre-operative evaluations and patient education to ensure a smooth and successful anesthesia experience.
7. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care, including anesthesia records and medication administration.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
9. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge of anesthesia techniques and procedures.
10. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
11. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor with patients and colleagues at all times.
