Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team of highly skilled anesthesiologists and nurses. As part of our Anesthesia services team, you will provide expert preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

1. Administer general or regional anesthesia to patients according to established protocols and safety standards.
2. Monitor patient’s vital signs during anesthesia and adjust medications accordingly.
3. Assist anesthesiologists in the administration of anesthetic agents and in the performance of invasive/non-invasive procedures.
4. Participate in patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
5. Provide patient education and counseling regarding anesthesia and postoperative care.
6. Ensure appropriate documentation of all anesthetic services provided.
7. Remain current on the latest advances and techniques in the field of anesthesia.
8. Maintain a safe and clean anesthetic environment.
9. Manage airway management and related issues.
10. Participate in quality assurance activities.
