  1. Oversee the daily operations of the Capacity Command Center, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of the healthcare system.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize patient flow and bed management, ensuring timely and appropriate care for all patients.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify and address any operational inefficiencies or challenges.
  4. Monitor and analyze data and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Create and maintain policies and procedures for the Capacity Command Center, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks and professional development.
  7. Manage budgets and resources, ensuring effective utilization and allocation to meet the needs of the program.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to support the success of the program.
  9. Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings and trainings to ensure all staff are informed and up-to-date on program processes and protocols.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in healthcare operations and apply them to improve the program and patient outcomes.
  11. Act as a liaison between the Capacity Command Center and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the program.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  14. Represent the Capacity Command Center in meetings and presentations with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Managing And Coordinating Complex Projects In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Utilization Of Technology For Process Improvement.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multiple Departments And Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Capacity Management Principles And Experience In Managing Hospital Operations, Preferably In An Academic Medical Center.
