The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a passion for providing quality patient care and leading a team of nurses. This individual should be a critical thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively with a variety of colleagues.The Associate Director of Nursing Operations will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Nursing Department and ensuring quality patient care. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a hospital setting. The successful candidate will be a strong leader who is also able to make sound decisions, manage conflict and provide guidance to staff.
