  1. Develop and implement an internal communication strategy for HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with HR leaders to ensure consistent and effective communication of key messages to employees.
  3. Create and manage communication materials, including newsletters, emails, presentations, and intranet content.
  4. Monitor and analyze employee feedback and engagement to inform communication strategies.
  5. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  6. Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments to promote cross-functional understanding and collaboration.
  7. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in HR communication to continuously improve our strategies.
  8. Plan and execute employee engagement events and initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
  9. Develop and maintain communication channels, including intranet, social media, and other digital platforms.
  10. Provide guidance and support to other HR team members in developing effective communication strategies.
  11. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all communication materials.
  12. Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize the impact of communication strategies.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve internal communication processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Uphold the values and mission of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in all communication efforts.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for the organization by promoting a positive image and culture both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Communications, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Academic Medical Center Setting.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Industry Best Practices In Employee Communications And Engagement.

  • Experience Managing A Team And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Departments, Such As Hr, Marketing, And It.
