- Oversee and manage the operations of clinical programs at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients by monitoring and maintaining operational standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and administrative staff.

Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Operations Management Or Leadership Role, Preferably In A Hospital Or Academic Medical Center Setting.
Advanced Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations, Compliance, And Quality Improvement Processes.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Clinical Operations Projects And Teams.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Interdisciplinary Teams.
