POS Specialist
Configure, implement, maintain and enhance Point of Sale systems and other business related applications. Develop and deliver progress reports and documentation related to each project. Work in a helpdesk environment. Participate in helpdesk on-call rotation, which includes 24 hour emergency support for after hours, weekends and holidays. Monitor and correct interface issues. The successful candidate will be customer oriented results and have a solid track record of rapid solution delivery.
3 to 5 years’ experience in a POS environment, ideally specializing in Simphony POS systems
Experience installing POS systems and/or other hardware/software deployment
Background in multi-unit restaurants, clubs, arena and/or casinos, Parks, Large Scale Venues
