  1. Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions for clients, utilizing your extensive experience and expertise in Salesforce development.
  2. Work remotely to support clients' needs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  3. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to understand client requirements and create technical designs.
  4. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of code to ensure quality and minimize errors.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce updates and advancements, and proactively suggest new features or enhancements to improve client solutions.
  7. Assist with the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support to clients.
  9. Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and contribute to the team's success.
  10. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce development, providing guidance and recommendations to clients and team members.
  12. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
  13. Adhere to project timelines and deliver solutions within the specified budget and scope.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency in Salesforce development.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols and data privacy regulations.

Job Qualifications

  • Salesforce Development Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience With Salesforce Development, Including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, And Integration With Other Systems.

  • Security Clearance: As This Position Is For A Cleared Developer, The Candidate Must Have An Active Security Clearance At The Secret Or Top Secret Level.

  • Remote Work Experience: The Candidate Should Have Experience Working Remotely, As This Position Allows For Telecommuting. This Requires Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, As Well As The Ability To Self-Motivate And Manage Time Effectively.

  • Project Management Skills: The Sr Salesforce Developer Will Be Responsible For Managing And Executing Development Projects, So Proficiency In Project Management Tools And Methodologies Is Required.

  • Salesforce Certifications: The Ideal Candidate Should Have One Or More Salesforce Certifications, Such As Certified Platform Developer I And Ii, Certified Administrator, Or Certified Technical Architect. These Certifications Demonstrate A Thorough Understanding Of Salesforce Best Practices And Development Skills.
