Job Description

At CDW, we are looking for a highly driven, customer-focused Sr Compensation Consultant to join our Human Resources team. We are looking for a professional with comprehensive knowledge of compensation, strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The Sr Compensation Consultant will work closely with senior leaders and the HR team to design and implement competitive compensation programs that support our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and at least five years of experience administering compensation programs in a corporate environment. A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. The successful candidate must possess strong problem solving and organizational skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and implement competitive compensation programs that support business objectives.
  2. Analyze compensation data to ensure the programs meet organizational objectives.
  3. Monitor and evaluate existing programs for effectiveness.
  4. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Maintain knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  6. Provide compensation guidance to senior leaders and HR team members.
  7. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Interpret and analyze compensation data to make recommendations.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compensation strategies align with organizational goals.
  10. Utilize data analysis methods to identify potential compensation problems and solutions.
  11. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
