The Sr Compensation Consultant will work closely with senior leaders and the HR team to design and implement competitive compensation programs that support our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and at least five years of experience administering compensation programs in a corporate environment. A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. The successful candidate must possess strong problem solving and organizational skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
