Senior Managed Services Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Managed Services Engineer with exceptional technical and customer service skills to join our team at CDW. The ideal candidate should have a passion for problem-solving, a knack for troubleshooting, and the drive to help our clients succeed.To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients utilizing managed services
2. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
3. Monitor, analyze, and report service level performance metrics
4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
5. Assist clients with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of managed services
6. Utilize knowledge and understanding of managed services to help clients achieve desired business outcomes
7. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience
8. Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to the team
9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
10. Lead the resolution of escalated customer service issues
