Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Advisor/Brand Specialist to join the team at CDW. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for sales and customer service, a strong aptitude for problem-solving, and a deep understanding of how technology can be used to better serve customers. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and a minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in the technology or IT industry. Experience in channel sales and/or brand management is a plus. The Sales Support Advisor/Brand Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to CDW's North American customers, ensuring they are equipped with the information and resources they need to make informed purchasing decisions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives and thought leadership activities. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to CDW's North American customers by responding to queries, providing product information and technical advice, and resolving any customer issues.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and ensure repeat business.
  3. Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop strategies to increase sales.
  4. Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and build customer trust in CDW’s products and services.
  5. Participate in thought leadership activities, such as webinars, seminars, and panel discussions, to represent CDW’s brand and demonstrate expertise in industry topics.
  6. Track sales performance and report on KPIs to management.
  7. Research and identify new opportunities to expand CDW’s customer base.
  8. Assist with the development of sales and marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations.
  9. Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet business objectives.

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Sales Support Advisor, Brand Specialist is $14.00 to $19.00 an hour. The salary range can vary depending on experience and location.
