- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or problems with the iSeries infrastructure.
- Work closely with the iSeries team to develop and implement solutions for clients' IT needs.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth functioning of iSeries systems.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in iSeries technology and make recommendations for improvement.
- Create and maintain documentation for iSeries processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of iSeries systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide support and assistance to clients and colleagues regarding iSeries-related inquiries or concerns.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve overall efficiency and performance of iSeries systems.

Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience With Iseries Systems, Including Hardware, Software, And Operating Systems.
Proficiency In Database Management And Query Writing, Particularly With Sql And Db2.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues.
Experience With System Monitoring And Performance Tuning, As Well As Implementing And Maintaining System Backups And Disaster Recovery Procedures.
